When will products be available to order?
Every product on this site is currently going through type-approval testing with an ICASA-accredited lab. We expect to open orders once certification is complete. In the meantime, you're welcome to request a quote to discuss your requirements and reserve your position in the queue.
Can I get pricing for a large or custom order?
Yes. The prices shown on the Products page are indicative ranges that depend on quantity and configuration. Use the quote form and tell us your expected volumes and site requirements, and we'll follow up with firm pricing.
Which MQTT broker do I need?
Any standard MQTT broker — cloud-hosted or on-premise. PSP's gateways are broker-agnostic by design, so you can connect the Head-End System(s) you already run, or stand up a new broker of your choice. The Wi-Fi gateway can also report to a Home Assistant broker.
Do you sell bare PCBs, or only assembled units?
All gateways, extender nodes, and the coordinator ship fully assembled and mounted inside a weatherproof WISKA 607 enclosure, ready to install. We don't sell bare boards for these products.
How do I choose between the LTE, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet gateways?
It comes down to what connectivity is available at the site. LTE needs no local network at all. Wi-Fi is convenient where you already have site Wi-Fi, and can also talk to a Home Assistant broker. Ethernet suits sites with existing wired network infrastructure. Mention your site conditions on the quote form if you're not sure which fits.
What's the difference between the two Extender Node types?
Both extend the radio mesh across a site. The version with RS485 additionally has a port for connecting directly to meters or Modbus devices with an RS485 interface, without needing a separate comms module on each meter.
Is there a warranty on PSP products?
We stand behind our hardware. Warranty terms are confirmed at the time of quoting, based on the product and order volume — ask on the quote form and we'll include the details in our response.
I need a manual or datasheet that isn't posted yet.
